RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order!  We will accept returns postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your items.  We will issue a credit back to your method of payment within 15 days of receipt of item or items.  If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a credit in the form of a check or store credit.  Please, if you are returning a pattern that is NEW OLD STOCK and is still factory folded, please do not unfold pattern before returning.  My appologies, but shipping fees are not refundable. 

ABOUT MY PATTERNS AND PRODUCTS
All patterns and products listed will be inspected and described to the best of my ability.  Used patterns will be checked for missing pieces and noted in the description.  Mistakes can be made, however, so please let me know as quickly as possible if I have represented the pattern as complete and it is missing any pieces.  I will also note in the description if the pattern is factory folded.  I will mark these patterns with UNCUT meaning they are new, never used.  Please expect that the outside of the packages may have some wrinkles and/or small tears, holes, writing, etc.  Some pattern envelopes may have cellophane tape that was used to repair tears at some point.  All patterns will be shipped in a clear bag for storage, as well as packages marked DO NOT BEND.  Craft kits will be noted whether they are complete or incomplete.
