1972 Simplicity #5315 vintage sewing pattern, misses' Boho caftans or muumuu, V. 1 size medium (12-14), V. 2 one size (8-16).  The ankle length caftan V. 1 with back zipper closing has high round neckline, kimono type sleeves, front slip opening.  Ankle lenth caftan V. 2 with back loop and button closing, 'V' shaped neckline has yoke and skirt area gathered to midriff, and inside ties.

Envelope has some damage to bottom edge and pattern suffered only minor damage as seen in photo.
