1963 Simplicity #5311 vintage sewing pattern, misses' skirt, blouse and sleeveless jacket, size 12.  Blouse features a front button closing, long set-in sleeves pleated to wristbands, and a tie collar.  Skirt features a pleat at center back with size zipper closing.
