1954 Simplicity #4799 vintage sewing pattern, misses' topper, box coat size 14. Interestingly shaped center front section laps over side front and is accented with top stitching. Long sleeves are cut in one with side front and back. Lower edge of center front forms pockets with upper edge extending to a pointed tab and button over side seams. Collar is rounded. One button or three button option.
