1943 Simplicity #4684 vintage sewing pattern, misses' playsuit and front-button skirt, plus size 40. The playsuit, tucked at the waistline, has a pointed yoke at the front and back. The shorts are softly pleated in the front and back and are joined to the top at the waistline. Choose long or short sleeves. The skirt, joined to a waist band at upper edge, buttons down the front and is finished with two pleats in the front and three gores in the back.
