Simplicity #5359 sewing pattern, misses' costumes Belly Dancing, Renaissance, size 6-12.

Envelope is in poor condition, there is also a small tear on a fold which could be on a pattern piece or background area (please see photo).  Looks like it may have gotten caught on a drawer.
