1960 Simplicity #3517 vintage sewing pattern, misses' summer dress, plus size 16.  Dress has kimono sleeves with underarm gussets, shaped yoke at neck and 8 gore skirt.  Belt is self or purchased.  V. 1 has elbow length sleeves and contrasting bias and bow trim.  V. 2 sleeves are short.  Self fabric bow is tacked at front neck.
