1945 Vogue #5482 vintage sewing pattern, misses' afternoon dress, size 16. Slender skirt with pleats released from waistline in front and a panelled back, joins the blouse at waistline. Cap sleeeves cut in one with front and back yokes. Loose shaped tabs cut in one with blouse fronts are buttoned to yoke. High collarless neckline with centre-front opening.
