Details:
1943 Simplicity #4810 vintage sewing pattern, child's overalls, jacket and cap. The overalls are styled with suspenders, a convenient drop-seat back and a patch pocket at the side front and back. The jacket is finished with two rows of buttons and button-holes and may be buttoned to the left or right. The cap is made with a fitted crown and the attached brim rolls back off the face.
This is an unprinted tissue paper pattern, unused, factory folded and complete.
