1939 Simplicity #3153 vintage sewing pattern, misses' cross over skirt (skirt is attached to camisole) and blouse, plus size 20. This cleverly designed frock is chic as well as practical. The full smock has yoked shoulders and is pleated front and back. A single or double collar finishes neckline. Front opening is closed with buttons.
